Minimum Orders: Our minimum order value is just £200.00 or 400.00$ or 300.00 € with no minimum quantities. You may purchase single items or as many lines as you like providing the minimum overall value is met.
Faulty Goods: In spite of quality control we appreciate that occasional faulty products may occur. Any product with a genuine manufacturing fault will be replaced on a like for like basis only within 14 days of the invoice date. No credit will be given and no alternative product will be supplied.
Carriage: Our standard carriage charge is indicated at checkout. International orders may vary from checkout price due to size and weight of items. At peak periods please allow an additional 24hrs buffer for despatched goods
Payments: V.A.T. must be added to all trade prices including carriage. We operate on a Cash and Carry basis only and do not offer account facilities. You may pay by Western Union or Money Gram.
